SCREEEN - Skills for Cinema Resilience Enhancing European Networks

The SCREEN project is a European initiative funded under the Erasmus+ KA210 - VET scheme, aiming to reshape vocational education and training (VET) in the cinema and audiovisual sectors. By fostering upskilling and reskilling opportunities, SCREEN empowers filmmakers, technicians, educators, and creative professionals to meet the evolving demands of the industry.

What is SCREEN about?

SCREEN focuses on developing an integrated training ecosystem for cinema professionals across Europe, with three core goals:

Designing innovative curricula based on digital, green, and transversal competences.

Delivering pilot training modules for both upskilling and reskilling including practical workshops and work-based learning.

Validating informal ant non - formal learning through micro-credentials and modular certification schemes aligned with EQF standards.

Who is involved?

Led by TUCEP (Italy), the project brings together 4Film (Croatia) and Peripetija Production (North Macedonia), combining educational expertise and industry experience in film production and creative training.
